Dear players,

today we will offer some prospects on the changelog of version 4.0 - to show some more tiny feature:

* new BB-Codes: underline, line-through, tooltip
* empty position blocked for new player if colony ship on its way or if target of a relocation
* better performance of event box
* link to IRC main channel of your country
* possible to relocate between out positions (1-3 & 13-15) and possible to relocate into the inner realm
* tool - tip for fleet structure on closed fleet movements
